Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or change of mind.
Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all items are sold as-is and as-described. Many products are factory-sealed, and once opened, they cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the item (if available), or
- Issue store credit
We do not guarantee refunds under any circumstances.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unwarranted chargebacks may be contested with all available evidence, including order confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance at checkout.
