Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.
All orders include tracking information. Responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier once it has been shipped.
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.
Shipping Damage Claims
All items are securely packaged. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be accepted.
If a claim is approved, the item may be required to be returned before any resolution is issued. Return instructions will be provided if applicable.
Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion with a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to determine return eligibility and responsibility for return shipping on a case-by-case basis.
Sealed Products & Tampering Policy
All sealed products are sold as-is and are guaranteed to be authentic and untampered at the time of shipment.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, print quality, collation, or the contents of sealed products.
Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or altered after delivery is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Claims regarding missing, altered, or unsatisfactory contents inside sealed products will not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to all store policies.
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with all available evidence, including order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and acceptance of store policies at checkout.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, and submission of evidence to payment processors.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only.
All pickup orders must be paid in full prior to pickup. After placing your order, you will receive instructions to schedule your pickup time.
Do not arrive without confirmation.
Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and restocked without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
